Draft for review. This wording describes how the site works today. It is not legal or medical advice. Liina should have it checked by a qualified professional before relying on it.
This page is written so you can make a clear choice. It is not medical advice. If anything here relates to you, speak with your doctor before booking.
What a session can involve
In a held 9D Breathwork journey you usually lie down, often with headphones and an eye mask. Guided breath, sound and presence lead the session. Breathing can become deeper or more continuous than everyday breath. Your body may feel tingling, heat, cold, shaking, tears, laughter, stillness or fatigue. Strong emotion can rise. That is common in this work, and it is held with care, pace and a trauma informed container.
Coaching is conversation based. It can still touch sensitive material. You stay in choice about how deep you go.
This is not medical treatment
Sessions with Liina Täht are not medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy regulated as healthcare. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or your usual clinician.
When to speak with your doctor first
High ventilation and intense breath practices are commonly treated with caution in published clinical discussions of breathwork. If any of the following apply, please speak with your doctor or specialist before you book, and tell Liina what she needs to know.
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Heart or cardiovascular conditions, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, angina, arrhythmia, heart failure, or a recent heart attack
- History of aneurysm, stroke or serious cerebrovascular disease
- Recent surgery, major injury or fractures that still need care
- Severe asthma or other significant breathing disease
- Glaucoma or a history of retinal detachment
- Psychiatric conditions where intense emotional or dissociative states may be unsafe, including psychosis or bipolar disorder, or when you are on major psychiatric medication and your clinician has advised caution
- Any other condition where sudden changes in breathing, blood pressure or strong emotion would worry your clinician
People with asthma should bring any prescribed inhaler to an in person session and follow their clinician's advice.
Please tell her before you book
Use the health note on the booking form, or message her on WhatsApp or email. Share only what helps her hold you safely. If a session is not a fit right now, she would rather pause than push.
How she holds the work
The holding is trauma-informed and person first. You can slow down, stop or change position. Online sessions still need a safe place to lie down, away from water, roads and hard edges where a fall would matter.
