What is collected
Through the booking enquiry form she may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic and format you choose, your message, and an optional note about your health. That health note can include sensitive information. Under GDPR this can be a special category of personal data, so only share what you are comfortable sharing and what helps her hold the session safely.
The form also uses a hidden honeypot field and a timing check to reduce spam. Those are not used to profile you.
Why it is collected
So she can understand your enquiry, reply to you, and decide whether a session, event or speaking booking is a good fit. Health notes are invited so she can take care with contraindications and pacing. See safety and suitability.
How it reaches her today
There is no separate inbox built into this website yet. When you send the form, the site prepares a message and asks you to open WhatsApp or your email app with the text ready. WhatsApp is a third party service run by Meta. If you choose that route, Meta's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Email travels through your email provider and hers.
How it is used
Your details are used to reply to the enquiry and to arrange the work you asked about. They are not sold. They are not used for marketing lists.
