Based in Estonia, working worldwide. This is not a fixed studio. It is a practice that moves: online sessions, in person when travel aligns, and events or hosted gatherings wherever she is invited next.
She is a mother.
The holding is trauma-informed and person-first. The standard is high. Clear containers, honest pacing and change that feels earned rather than performed.
A home base in Tallinn
When she is in Tallinn, GoYoga Tallinn is her go to place. A partner and supporter, and the room where private and group sessions take shape before the road calls again.

Credentials
First certified 9D Breathwork facilitator in Estonia. Currently the only certified 9D Breathwork facilitator in Estonia. Certified by 9D Breathwork. Training completed April 2025, authorised by Brian Kelly.
She also holds a Trauma Healing Coach Certification from Naturalistico, dated 20 January 2026, with course-accredited marks from Centre of CPD Excellence, NCCAP, CMA, IPHM and ICAHP.
